Fried Veal Ribs with Japanese BBQ Sauce Recipe

 

Ingredients

  • 300 gram frozen veal ribs

  • 1/2 onion

  • 1 stalk Chinese celery

  • 2 tbsps Japanese BBQ sauce

  • ground white pepper

  • 1/3 tbsp light soy sauce

Method

 

1. Rinse veal ribs and cut into pieces. Marinate for 1/2 hour.

2. Rinse onion and shred. Remove leaves from Chinese celery. Rinse its stalk and section.

3. Coat veal ribs with a little corn flour. Fry until both sides are slightly golden. Set aside.

4. Heat a little oil in wok. Stir fry onion until fragrant. Add veal ribs and Japanese BBQ sauce. Cook for a while

   Mix in stalk of Chinese celery. Serve.
