113 grams mushrooms

1 clove garlic

1 teaspoon corn flour

2 tablespoons water

oil

1 teaspoon brandy

1 tablespoon soy sauce
Method
1. Cut meat and vegetables into thin
slices.
2. Mix corn flour with water and coat the meat with it.
3. Fry vegetables in half the oil for 5 minutes.
4. Add rest of oil and fry meat for 5 minutes.
5. Add rest of ingredients, cook together for 5 minutes, stirring all
the time, and serve.
