Fried Snipe with Ginger Juice Recipe

cooking time: 7 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 4 snipe

  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons sugar

  • 1 tablespoon Chinese wine (or sherry)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger juice

  • oil for deep frying

Method

 

1. Wash the birds and dry on a cloth.
2. Mix soy sauce, sugar, wine and ginger juice, paint the snipe with the mixture and leave to absorb the

    dressing for 30 minutes.
3. Heat oil and deep fry snipe until golden brown.
