Ingredients

340 grams rump steak

8 spring onions, chopped

1-2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 tablespoon lard

2 green peppers, seeded and diced

salt

1 tablespoon flour

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons water

pinch brown sugar
Method
1. Cut beef into very thin strips.
2. Fry onions and garlic in lard for 2 minutes. Add peppers, reduce
heat, simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt.
3. Add beef and fry, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes, until it
changes color.
4. Blend flour with soy sauce, water and sugar, pour the mixture over
the beef, stir, bring to the
boil, simmer
for 2 minutes and serve.
