113 grams beans (or cabbage, or other
available fresh vegetable)
15 grams lard (or oil)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
spring onions, chopped
Method
1. Cut the meat into thin strips and coat
with corn flour diluted with water
2. Fry bamboo shoots and beans in lard for 5 minutes.
3. Add pork and fry together for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add a little water if the mixture sticks to the pan.
5. Season with soy sauce. Sprinkle with spring onions and serve.
