Fried Pork Recipe

cooking time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 227 grams lean pork

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour

  • 2 tablespoons cold water

  • 113 grams bamboo shoots 

  • 113 grams beans (or cabbage, or other available fresh vegetable)

  • 15 grams lard (or oil)

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • spring onions, chopped

Method

 

1. Cut the meat into thin strips and coat with corn flour diluted with water
2. Fry bamboo shoots and beans in lard for 5 minutes.
3. Add pork and fry together for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add a little water if the mixture sticks to the pan.
5. Season with soy sauce. Sprinkle with spring onions and serve.
