Ingredients

1 teaspoon corn flour

2 tablespoons cold water

227 grams lean pork

cucumber

30 grams oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce
Method
1. Mix corn flour with water.
2. Cut meat into thin uniform slices and mix with corn flour paste.
3. Cut cucumber in slices and fry in oil for 3 minutes.
4. Add meat and fry together for 5 minutes.
5. Add soy sauce, simmer for 2-3 minutes and serve.
Variations
Fried pork and asparagus
As above, substituting equivalent amount (
1/2
bunch or small can) of asparagus for cucumber.
Fried pork and seakale
Substitute equivalent amount of seakale for cucumber and proceed as
above.
Fried pork and French beans
Substitute equivalent amount of French beans for cucumber and proceed
as above.
