Fried Mutton Steaks with Mint and Vinegar Sauce Recipe

 

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen mutton steaks

  • 1/2 tbsp Shaoxing wine

  • ground white pepper

  • 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp mature black vinegar

  • mint and vinegar sauce

 

Method

 

1. Rinse mutton steaks and wipe dry. Marinate for 1/2 hour.

2. Coat mutton steaks with corn flour. Fry until done. Pour in wine slightly. Serve with the mint and

    vinegar sauce as a dip.
