Fried Minced Pork Recipe

 

cooking time: 10-12 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 142 grams pork, minced

  • 57 grams water chestnuts

  • 57 grams mushrooms

  • 57 grams bamboo shoots

  • salt and pepper

  • sugar

  • stock to cover

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • soy sauce
     

Method

 

1. Combine pork, water chestnuts, mushrooms and bamboo shoots.
2. Add a little salt and chop all together into fine pieces.
3. Place in hot oiled pan and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add salt and pepper, and sugar to taste, as well as stock.
5. Simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Add corn flour mixed with water, sesame oil, and soy sauce to taste. Season, cook for 1 minute

   and serve.
