142 grams pork, minced

57 grams water chestnuts

57 grams mushrooms

57 grams bamboo shoots

salt and pepper

sugar

stock to cover

1 teaspoon corn flour

2 tablespoons water

1 teaspoon sesame oil

soy sauce
Method
1. Combine pork, water chestnuts,
mushrooms and bamboo shoots.
2. Add a little salt and chop all together into fine pieces.
3. Place in hot oiled pan and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add salt and pepper, and sugar to taste, as well as stock.
5. Simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Add corn flour mixed with water, sesame oil, and soy sauce to taste.
Season, cook for 1 minute
and serve.
