Fried Meat Balls Recipe

 

cooking time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 142 grams water chestnuts

  • 255 grams pork, minced

  • salt and pepper

  • sesame oil

  • flour

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • oil for cooking
     

Method

 

1. Crush water chestnuts with blade of knife.
2. Mix with pork.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add a few drops of sesame oil and chop together.
5. Shape into balls about the size of a walnut.

6. Roll the balls in flour until well covered, then dip in egg.
7. Place in saucepan of boiling oil and cook for 10 minutes.
