Fried Kidney Recipe

Ingredients

  • 340 grams kidney

  • 1 dessertspoon corn flour

  • 1 dessertspoon brandy

  • pinch powdered ginger

  • oil

  • 227 grams celery, shredded

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 4 spring onions, chopped
     

Method

 

1. Trim kidney and cut into thin slices.
2. Mix with corn flour, brandy and ginger.
3. Fry in oil over a high flame for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Add celery, cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add soy sauce, sprinkle with onions, stir and serve at once.
