Fried Duck with Sweet Sour Sauce

Ingredients

  • 117 grams duck meat, sliced

  • 30 grams bamboo shoots, sliced

  • 57 grams onions, sliced

  • 30 grams water chestnuts, sliced

  • 30 grams fresh mushrooms sliced

  • 30 grams celery, sliced

  • 15 grams Chinese pickled onions

  • 7 grams lichen (Wun Yee)

  • sweet sour sauce
     

Method

 

1. Put all ingredients, except duck and sweet sour sauce, into a hot oiled pan and cook for 2 minutes.
2. Add duck and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Cover with sweet sour sauce, cook for 1 minute and serve.
