Method
1. Defrost duck chest. Rinse and marinate for 1 hour. 2. Skin half grapefruit and dice. Juice the other half grapefruit and set aside. 3. Fry duck chest over low heat until done. Cut into thick slices. 4. Bring the grapefruit sauce to the boil. Add grapefruit fresh and corn flour solution to thicken the sauce. Pour over duck chest and serve.
