Method
1. Defrost chicken steaks. Rinse and wipe dry. Marinate for 1 hour. 2. Cool chicken steaks slightly with corn flour. Fry until done and keep warm. 3. Heat 2 tbsps of oil in wok. Pour in spicy sauce and cook over low heat until fragrant. Add coconut milk to thicken the sauce. Mix in seasoning. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Serve.
