Fried Chicken with Pineapple Recipe

Ingredients

  • 227 grams chicken, boned

  • 1 big fresh pineapple (or canned pineapple)

  • oil

  • salt

  • veal stock (or chicken stock)

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon brandy

  • 1 dessertspoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

 

Method

 

1. Cut chicken into thin slices and the pineapple into small cubes.
2. Heat a little oil in the pan, add pineapple.
3. Season with salt, add enough veal stock to cover and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add chicken, corn flour diluted with water, sesame oil, brandy, soy sauce and sugar.
5. Cook for 2 minutes and serve.
