Method
1. Defrost chicken mid joints wings and rinse. Each cut into halves vertically. Mix with marinade. 2. Rinse outer skin of lime and squeeze out the juice. 3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in wok. Stir fry skinned garlic until fragrant (remove the garlic). Add chicken mid joint wings and fry until both sides are golden brown. Put in lime juice and honey. Mix until the sauce reduces. Serves.
