Fried Chicken Giblets Recipe

Ingredients

  • 450 grams chicken giblets

  • 2 teaspoons corn flour

  • 1 dessertspoon brandy

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 57 grams mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 medium-sized onion, sliced

  • 57 grams white cabbage, shredded

  • 1 dessertspoon soy sauce
     

Method

 
1. Clean giblets, slice and mix with corn flour and brandy.
2. Using half the oil, fry mushrooms, onions and cabbage for 4 minutes.
3. Remove and keep hot.
4. Using the rest of the oil, fry the giblets for 5 minutes.
5. Season with soy sauce, add vegetables, stir, cook for 3 minutes and serve.
