Fried Black Skinned Pork Chops with Peach Sauce Recipe

 

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces frozen black skinned pork chops

  • peach sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce

  • 1 tsp corn flour

  • 2 tbsps water

 

Method

 

1. Defrost pork chops. Rinse and marinate for 1/2 hour.

2. Coat pork chops with corn flour. Fry until done.

3. Bring the peach sauce to the boil. Add seasoning to thicken the sauce. Pour over the pork chops. Serve.
