Ingredients

450 grams steak

1 teaspoon corn flour

2 tablespoons water

57 grams celery

1 small onion

57 grams cabbage

57 grams oil

1 dessertspoon soy sauce

Method
1. Slice beef finely.
2. Dilute corn flour with water and mix with the meat.
3. Shred celery, onions and cabbage.
4. Fry in a little oil for 3 minutes and remove
5. Fry meat briskly in the rest of the oil, stirring all the time until
each piece is browned.
6. Add onion, celery, cabbage and soy sauce.
7. Season to taste.
8. Simmer, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes and serve.
