Duck and Tangerine Peel Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 duck, singed cleaned

  • 1.8 litter

  • 57 grams dried tangerine peel

  • 1 teaspoon powdered ginger

  • 2-3 spring onions

  • salt and pepper

     

Method

 

1. Simmer the duck slowly in water for 2 1/2 -3 hours until tender, together with all other ingredients,

    keeping the pan covered.
2. Serve, seasoned with salt and pepper.
