Method
1. Heat oil with salt, add duck and cook gently until nearly done ( the time would vary, depending on the age of duck). 2. Add soy sauce, vegetables and water. 3. Stir, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes. 4. Add corn flour, diluted with 3 tablespoons cold water, and cook, stirring until sauce thickens, add almonds, mix and serve.
