Chicken Wings Stuffed with Ham Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken wings, without feathers

  • 16 pieces each ham, lean pork and mushrooms in strips 2 inches long

  • chicken (or veal stock)

  • salt

  • 1 teaspoon gin

  • 1 tablespoon corn flour

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • few drops sesame oil

  • few drops soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sherry

 

Method

 

1. Cut each wing into two and take out bones without breaking skin.

2. Put 1 piece of ham, pork and mushroom in each half.

3. Place in a dish, add sufficient stock to cover, season with salt to taste and sprinkle with gin.

4. Steam until wings are tender.

5. Strain off stock.

6. Arrange wings on a serving dish.

7. Add to stock, corn flour diluted with water, sesame oil, soy sauce and sherry.

8. Bring to boil, stir, pour over wings and serve at once.
