1/2 chicken

1 dessertspoon soy sauce

1 dessertspoon brandy

1 dessertspoon corn flour

1 knob green ginger, chopped

1/2 dessertspoons oil

227 grams fresh mushrooms

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 dessertspoon oyster sauce

280 ml water

3-4 spring onions, chopped
Method
1. Bone the chicken, dice it and sprinkle
with salt to taste,
2. Mix chicken with soy, brandy, corn flour, ginger and half teaspoon
oil. Blend well.
3. Slice mushrooms.
4. Heat rest of oil in pan with garlic, allow garlic to brown, add
chicken, stirring constantly until
chicken is half cooked
(2-3 minutes).
5. Add oyster sauce and mushrooms, stir, cook for 3 minutes.
6. Add water. Blend the sauce well.
7. Cook for 1 minute. Sprinkle with spring onions and serve.
