1 packet frozen broccoli

salted water

227 grams chicken livers, sliced

corn flour
-
2 tablespoons lard
-
salt

7 grams fresh ginger, finely chopped

7 grams spring onions, finely chopped

pepper

57 grams fresh mushrooms, sliced

117 grams shrimps, peeled

1 tablespoon soy sauce

pinch Ve-Tsin
Method
1. Boil the broccoli in a little salted
water for 4 minutes and drain.
2. Roll chicken livers in corn flour lightly and brown for 1 minute in
1 tablespoon lard. Remove from heat,
season with salt,
sprinkle with ginger, spring onions and pepper.
3. Heat remaining tablespoon of oil, toss the mushrooms in it for 2
minutes. Add broccoli and cook together
for 2 minutes.
4. Add liver with all its seasoning and shrimps. Cook for 1 minute.
5. Mix teaspoon of corn flour with soy sauce and Ve-Tsin, dilute with 4
tablespoons water, blend into the
pan. Cook for 1 minute
and serve.
