Braised Chicken Recipe

 

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 kg chicken

  • 6 tbsp light soy sauce

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 1 clove crushed garlic

  • 1/2 metric cup water

  • 6 tbsp oil

 

Method

 

1. Season Chicken and marinate in soy sauce for a few hours.

2. Heat oil in saucepan.

3. Brown the chicken all over

4. Drop in garlic and fry till fragrant.

5. Add water and allow chicken to cook gently.

6. Pour over the marinade. Cool chicken before cutting into pieces.
