Beef with Mixed Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients

  • 227 grams beef

  • 43 grams bamboo shoots

  • 57 grams water chestnuts

  • 57 grams fresh mushrooms

  • 15 grams preserved parsnips

  • 7 grams fresh ginger

  • 15 grams lily petals

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 1 dessertspoon sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 dessertspoon sherry

  • 1 dessertspoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour

  • 2 tablespoons cold water
     

Method

 

1. Cut all ingredients into small pieces.
2. Place the beef on a dish.
3. Mix the rest of the ingredients.
4. Add salt and pepper, sugar, sesame oil, sherry, soy sauce and corn flour diluted with water.
5. Mix well and put over the beef.
6. Place the dish in a pan of hot water and steam for 10 minutes.
