Sweet and Sour Fish Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 bream (450 grams.) or (perch)

  • salt

  • flour

  • 4 tablespoons oil

  • sweet and sour sauce

Method

 

1. Make a few shallow incisions, slantwise, on both sides of the fish, 3-4 cuts on each side, depending

    on size.
2. Season with salt and coat with plain flour, making sure that the flour adheres properly.
3. Heat the oil and fry the fish whole until brown.
4. Place on a serving dish and cover with sweet and sour sauce.
