Ingredients

227 grams cod, filleted (or other
similar fish)

1 teaspoon salt

570 ml water

2 teaspoons soy sauce

2-3 spring onions, chopped

57 grams cabbage, finely shredded

oil for frying

sweet and sour sauce
Method
1. Flake the fish, then chop finely and
put in a bowl.
2. Dilute salt in water, and little by little whisk this solution into
the fish.
3. Add soy sauce, spring onions and cabbage.
4. Mix well, shape into fish cakes.
5. Fry in very hot oil until golden on both sides.
6. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
