Stuffed Frog's Legs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 450 grams large frogs' legs

  • 113 grams lean ham

  • 2 egg whites

  • 2-3 tablespoons flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • oil for deep frying

Method

 

1. Clean the frogs legs and keep in the refrigerator for until required.
2. Break and remove the bone of each frog leg.
3. Cut the ham into thin strips and insert in each leg in the cavity left by the removal of the bone.
4. Beat the egg whites lightly, mix with flour and seasoning.
5. Dip the frogs' legs in this mixture, deep fry in oil until golden and crisp on the outside.
6. Serve hot with soy sauce or plum sauce.
