Stir Fried Whole Squids Recipe

Ingredients

  • 450 gram fresh baby squids

  • 6 cloves skinned garlic (sliced)

  • 4 sprigs spring onion (sectioned)

  • 1/2 tbsp Shaoxing wine

 

Method

 

1. Rinse whole baby squids (reserve the ink). Drain.

2. Heat 2 tbsps of oil in wok. Stir fry garlic slices until fragrant. Add squids and spring onion. Stir fry well.

   Pour in wine slightly. Stir fry for a while until done. Serve.
