Method
1. Gut fresh razor clams. Rinse and drain. 2. Heat 2 tbsps of oil in wok. Add grated garlic and chopped fermented black beans. Stir fry until fragrant. Pour in wine slightly. Stir fry well. Cover the lid for 5 minutes. Mix in seasoning. Add red chili shreds and sauce. Cook until the sauce thickens. Serve.
