Method
1. Rub the shell of crabs and separate the shell and body. Gut and remove the entrails. Rinse and chop up. Drain. 2. Heat 6 tbsps of oil in wok. Coat coral crabs with a little corn flour. Fry until slightly golden. Drain the oil Add ginger and spring onion. Stir fry well. Pour in 1/4 cup of boiling water. Cover the lid for 3 minutes. Lastly add black vinegar and stir fry until fragrant. Serve.
