Stewed Crab with Mushrooms Recipe

cooking time: 7 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 450 grams cooked crab

  • 1 dessertspoon oil

  • 227 grams button mushrooms

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon brandy

  • 1 dessertspoon com flour

  • 3 tablespoons cold water

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 knob green ginger, minced
     

Method

 

1. Take the crab meat out of the shells and quick fry in oil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Add mushrooms and cook together for 1 minute.
3. Add soy sauce, brandy and corn flour diluted with water.
4. Cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle in green ginger, cook for 1 minute and serve.
