Steamed Turbot (2) Recipe

cooking time: 10 minutes


Ingredients

  • 15 grams lily petals

  • 15 grams  spring onions

  • 15 grams fresh ginger

  • 7 grams preserved parsnips

  • 30 grams mushrooms

  • 57 grams lean pork

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 15 grams teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour

  • 2 tablespoons cold water

  • 450 grams turbot

  • 1 teaspoon oil
     

Method

 

1. Cut the lily petals, spring onions, ginger, preserved parsnips and mushrooms into thin slices, and the pork

    into little strips.
2. Mix them together, sprinkle with salt and soy sauce, and add the corn flour diluted with water.
3. Put the fish on a dish, heap the other ingredients on top of it.
4. Steam for 10 minutes, sprinkle a little hot oil on top of it and serve at once.
