Method
1. Cut open ivory clams and gut. Tease off the outer membrane. Rinse and drain. 2. Put ivory clams into a deep plate. Arrange ginger shreds and spring onion shreds on top. Pour over white wine. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes. Serve.
