Ingredients
450 grams shrimps, peeled
170 grams pork
1 tablespoon corn flour
1 tablespoon Chinese wine (or sherry)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, lightly beaten
oil for deep frying
Method
1. Mince shrimps and pork, put in a mixing bowl. 2. Sprinkle with corn flour, wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar and water. 3. Mix well. 4. Taking a dessertspoon of the mixture at a time, shape into cakes, as you would for fish-cakes.
