Shrimps Patties Recipe

cooking time: 5-6 minutes


Ingredients

  • 227 grams fresh shrimps, shelled and cleaned

  • 227 grams fresh shoulder of pork

  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel, grated

  • 113 grams spring onions, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel, grated

  • soy sauce
     

Method

 

1. Cut the shrimps in pieces and pass through a mincer with pork, lemon peel, and spring onions.
2. The mixture should be very fine, so it is advisable to put it through the mincer two or even three times.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Beat the mixture until perfectly blended, shape into round patties 4 inch thick.
5. Heat oil in pan, brown the patties on a moderate heat, pressing down with a fish slice to ensure that the

    pork cooks through.
6. Turn and brown the other side.
7. Serve hot with a small dish of soy sauce.
