Shrimps Fritters Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 6 tablespoons flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 280 ml milk

  • 30 grams spring onions, chopped

  • 450 grams shrimps, shelled and minced

  • oil for deep frying
     

Method

 

1. Make a batter incorporating the egg, flour, salt, milk, and spring onions.
2. Whisk well. Add shrimps. Blend well to ensure smoothness of mixture.
3. Heat oil to boiling point and, taking a dessertspoon at a time of the shrimps mixture, deep fry

    the fritters until golden.
4. Drain and serve at once.
