Shrimps Croquettes Recipe

cooking time:  5 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 450 grams cooked Shrimps, peeled

  • salt and pepper

  • 1/2 tablespoon parsley, chopped

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce

  • 2 raw egg yolks

  • 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

  • flour

  • peanut oil for deep frying
     

Method

 

1. Mince or chop the shrimps finely. Add salt, pepper, parsley, soy sauce and yolks. Mix well.
2. Fold in egg whites. Shape into small croquettes, roll in flour.
3. Deep fry for 5 minutes, until crisp and-golden, drain on paper and serve at once.
