Shrimps crackers (or Shrimp Slices) Recipe

cooking time: 6 minutes


Ingredients

  • peanut oil, for deep frying

  • 1 can shrimps crackers
     

Method

 

1. Heat the oil, drop into it a few cracker pellets at a time.
2. As soon as they open up and float up to the surface- this takes only a few seconds take them out

   with a perforated spoon and drain.


Note:


They should become much larger in size but on no account should they be allowed to brown, therefore, care should be taken not to overheat the oil. If the crackers tend to turn even a pale brown, reduce heat.
