Shrimps with Corn Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.14 litter stock

  • 85 grams dried shrimps

  • 57 grams corn noodles

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon dripping

  • few drops of sesame oil

Method

 

1. Bring stock to the boil, add dried shrimps and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Add corn noodles and cook together for 3 minutes.
3. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, dripping, and sesame oil.
4. Cook for 2 minutes, add more salt if necessary, and serve.
