Ingredients
1.14 litter stock
85 grams dried shrimps
57 grams corn noodles
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon dripping
few drops of sesame oil
Method
1. Bring stock to the boil, add dried shrimps and cook for 5 minutes. 2. Add corn noodles and cook together for 3 minutes. 3. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, dripping, and sesame oil. 4. Cook for 2 minutes, add more salt if necessary, and serve.
