Ingredients

450 grams uncooked Dublin Bay Shrimps

1 dessertspoon oil

1/2
clove garlic, chopped

1/4
teaspoon green ginger, chopped

1 tablespoon tomato sauce

1 teaspoon chilli sauce

140 ml water

4-5 spring onions, chopped
Method
1. Do not shell the shrimps but merely
remove the heads.
2. Put oil in pan with garlic, and as soon as the oil gets hot add
shrimps and ginger.
3. Sauté briskly, shaking the pan all the time to prevent sticking.
4. As soon as shrimps change colour, add tomato and chilli sauces.
5. Blend them in, add water, bring to the boil, simmer for 6 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with spring onions and serve.
