Method
1. Heat oil in pan and fry shrimps and
onion together for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Add mushrooms, celery, and pepper to taste.
3. Cook for 4 minutes.
4. Combine soy sauce, brandy, corn flour and water, and pour into the
pan.
5. Cook for 1 minute. Serve, sprinkled with spring onions.
