Shrimps with Celery Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 dessertspoon oil

  • 227 grams cooked shrimps, peeled

  • 1 medium-sized onion, sliced

  • 57 grams mushrooms, chopped

  • 85 grams celery, sliced

  • pepper

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon brandy

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour

  • 140 ml water

  • 4-5 spring onions, cut into 2-inch strips
     

Method

 

1. Heat oil in pan and fry shrimps and onion together for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Add mushrooms, celery, and pepper to taste.
3. Cook for 4 minutes.
4. Combine soy sauce, brandy, corn flour and water, and pour into the pan.
5. Cook for 1 minute. Serve, sprinkled with spring onions.
