Shrimps Balls Recipe

cooking time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 450 grams fresh shrimps

  • 10 water chestnuts, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon corn flour

  • 1 tablespoon sherry

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

  • oil for deep frying
     

Method

 

1. Shell, wash, dry, and chop the shrimps finely, or pass through a mince.
2. Add water chestnuts and mix well.
3. Blend in corn flour, sherry, salt, and egg.
4. Form into balls, deep fry until golden and serve at once.
