340 grams scallops

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2-3 spring onions, chopped
Method
1. Heat the oil with salt and pepper and
cook the onions until they become transparent.
2. Add the scallops (whole, if they are small, cut in pieces, if
large).
3. Stir and simmer uncovered for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with soy sauce.
4. Beat the eggs lightly, mix with spring onions, pour over the
scallops.
5. Cook just long enough to set the eggs and serve.
