Scallops with Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh scallops

  • 170 grams fresh mushrooms

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lard

  • 1 shallot, finely chopped

  • 2-3 thin slices fresh ginger

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • pinch salt

  • pinch sugar

 

Method

 

1. Cut each scallop into 3-4 round slices.
2. Slice mushrooms.
3. Fry scallops in hot lard, stirring all the time for 1 minute.
4. Add mushrooms and shallot; cook stirring for 1 minute.
5. Add the remaining ingredients, cook stirring for 2 minutes. Serve.
