Scallops with Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients

  • 227 grams broccoli

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour

  • 140 ml water

  • 1 dessertspoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 teaspoon green ginger, finely minced

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 227 grams scallops

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 1 dessertspoon brandy

 

Method

 

1. Cut broccoli into small chunks.

2. Mix corn flour with water and add soy sauce to it.

3. Heat oil in pan with ginger and garlic and fry the scallops for 4 minutes, seasoning them well with salt

    and pepper.

4. Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes.

5. Pour in soy and corn flour mixture, bring to the boil.

6. Light the brandy and immediately pour into the pan. Blend and serve at once.
