Method
1. Cut the plaice (or other filleted
fish) into bite-size strips. 4. Fry mushrooms, for 3 minutes, add onions and beans. Cook together, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. 5. Add soy sauce, sprinkle in sugar. Dilute corn flour in stock, and blend into the pan. Cook uncovered for 2 minutes. 6. Transfer to a heated serving dish, lay strips of fish on top of vegetables, sprinkle with almonds and serve.
