Lobster with Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 15 grams corn noodles

  • oil

  • 227 grams lobster meat, sliced

  • 15 grams bamboo shoots, sliced

  • 113 grams bean sprouts

  • 85 grams onion sprouts

  • 15 grams onions, sliced

  • 30 grams mushrooms, diced

  • salt

  • 227 grams tomatoes, peeled

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour

  • 2 tablespoons cold water

  • few drops sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1 egg, beaten
     

Method

 

1. Cook corn noodles in pan of boiling oil for 3 minutes and drain.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in another pan and cook lobster for 1 minute.
3. Add to it bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, onions, celery and mushrooms. Salt to taste. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add corn flour diluted with water, sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce and corn noodles, and cook for 1 minute.

6. Put on a dish.

7. Put egg in hot oiled pan and cook for 2 minutes.

8. Place the resulting omelettes over the lobster dish and serve.
