Lobster with Omelette Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 30 grams onions, chopped

  • 170 grams lobster meat, diced

  • salt

  • 6 eggs, beaten

  • pepper
     

Method

 

1. Heat the oil, put in the onions and cook for 30 seconds.
2. Add lobster, cook for 2 minutes, season with salt to taste.
3. Pour on eggs, mix all together quickly, cook for 1 minute, sprinkle in pepper.
4. Shake the omelets gently to ensure even cooking.
5. Cook for 1 minute and serve.
