Lobster with Fresh Noodles and Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 bundles fresh egg noodles

  • oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 227 grams lobster meat, sliced

  • 57 grams bamboo shoots, sliced

  • 170 grams mushrooms, sliced

  • 113 grams onions, sliced

  • pepper

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour

  • 2 tablespoons cold water

  • few drops sesame oil

 

Method

 

1. Shake out noodles to separate them.

2. Immerse in a pan of boiling oil for a few seconds, pressing them gently to the sides of the pan to form a

    nest.

3. Remove and put on a dish.

4. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of salt, put in the lobster and cook for 1 minute.

5. Add bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, mushrooms and onions.

6. Season with pepper to taste and cook for 1 minute.

7. Add corn flour, diluted with water and sesame oil.

8. Simmer for 1 minute, then place the contents on top of the noodles and serve.
